Two Surgeries Down, Resting Before the Next

Igor now has two surgeries under his belt and has been (thankfully) given a few days to rest and recover as best as his body will allow until Thursday when he will likely be having another surgery/skin grafting procedure. The doctors and nurses have been working hard to clean things up and keep his wounds from becoming infected and inhibiting the healing process.

We are finally building better relationships with the healthcare workers at the hospital and have been able to weed out some things that don't work for him right now, as well as some that do. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers, and share if you are able. I want to reiterate that it truly takes a village, and we are so grateful for ours.
