First Graft Surgery Scheduled for Tomorrow

A quick update on where things stand.

Igor's condition

Igor remains in the burn unit. His care team has scheduled his first skin graft surgery for tomorrow, April 2. This is the first of what will likely be several graft procedures. Each one carries risks and requires careful recovery time afterward.

His family is with him. He's in pain but stable.

Donations

No donations have been disbursed yet. All funds received so far are being held in the multisig wallets, untouched, until medical bills come due. When the first expenditure happens, it will be documented here with transaction links so you can verify it on-chain.

What's next

We'll post an update after the surgery with whatever information Igor's family is comfortable sharing. Further graft surgeries, pain management, and eventually rehabilitation will follow. The timeline depends on how his body responds.
